| Dragon Skin® High Performance Silicone Rubber |
Dragon Skin® High Performance Silicone Rubber |
Dragon Skin® Series silicones are high performance platinum cure silicone rubbers that can be mixed 1A:1B by weight or volume and cure at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Cured Dragon Skin® is very strong and very “stretchy”. It will stretch many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion. Dragon Skin® is suitable for making high performance molds used for rapid prototyping, wax casting (foundries and candle makers), architectural restoration and for casting concrete.
In addition, Dragon Skin® is used in many special effects applications, especially animatronics where repetitive motion is required. It is water white translucent and will accept pigments for creating color effects. Because of the superior physical properties and flexibility of Dragon Skin®, it is also used for orthopedic & cushioning applications. Dragon Skin® Series silicone rubbers are available in Shore hardnesses of 10A, 20A and 30A. In addition, the Dragon Skin® 10 materials are available in SLOW, MEDIUM and FAST versions. |

| Body Double® Skin Safe Lifecasting Silicone Rubber |
Body Double® Skin Safe Lifecasting Silicone Rubber |
Body Double® "Standard Set" and Body Double® "Fast Set" are long lasting skin safe lifecasting silicone rubbers that can be applied directly to the skin to make molds of the face, hands and other body parts.
The rubber cures quickly and will reproduce perfect detail from any original model - far better detail than any alginate. | | One Casting or Many . . . For About The Same Price: Unlike alginates, which are good for one only casting, Body Double® will last for many castings of almost any material including plaster, Matrix Neo, wax, resins (Smooth-Cast urethanes, polyester, etc.), Low-temperature melt metal alloys, etc. And the amount of Body Double® used per mold is less than most alginates, so the cost per mold is about the same. - Body Double® "Standard Set" for larger surface areas. Working time of 5 minutes and a demold time of 20 minutes
- Body Double® "Fast Set" for fast turn around. Working time of 90 seconds and a demold time of 5 minutes
*Depending on material temperature, ambient temperature and body temperature. See Technical Bulletin for full details. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT READING THE TECHNICAL BULLETIN AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET How much Body Double® do you need? Click here |

| Equinox® One To One Silicone Putty |
Equinox® One To One Silicone Putty |
Equinox® Silicone Putty Products are new silicone compounds (platinum catalyst) that can be easily mixed and applied by hand to a variety of surfaces. Equinox® Putty is mixed in equal amounts (1A:1B) by volume. Pot life is about 1 minute with a cure time of about 7 minutes at room temperature (72°F / 23°C). Equinox 40 is a slower version with a 30-minute pot life and 5-hour demold time. Shrinkage is low and cured rubber is exceptionally strong (very high tensile strength), durable and will resist high temperatures (for casting low-temperature melt metal alloys). They also resist cure inhibition. Applications include making fast mold impressions from almost any surface, orthotics / orthopedic, equine hoof repair, jewelry making and more. - Equinox® 35 FAST Putty - Shore 35A hardness
- Equinox® 40 SLOW Putty - Shore 40A hardness

| Psycho Paint® Platinum Silicone Paint Base |
Psycho Paint® Platinum Silicone Paint Base |
Psycho Paint® is a versatile and easy to use platinum silicone paint base developed to help special effects and prosthetic artisans, doll makers, etc. easily create painted-on color effects for their platinum silicone creations. It is a two component translucent clear platinum-cure silicone that is used to make a base for color pigmenting. Once the desired color is attained, Psycho Paint® is thinned with a solvent. Thin layers of paint can be then be applied to a model's surface (made of Dragon Skin®, Ecoflex® or other platinum silicone) using an airbrush. In addition to painting the exterior of a cast piece, you can apply Psycho Paint® to the inside of a platinum silicone or urethane rubber mold and then cast platinum silicone behind it. It can also be applied by brushing.

| EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 |
 EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 |
EZ~Spray® Silicone 20 is a sprayable silicone that cures quickly to a soft rubber with high elongation and tear strength. Liquid silicone is sprayed through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System which is an economical alternative to expensive spray equipment. After a suitable spray thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® Silicone 20 cures in about 10 minutes with negligible shrinkage to a strong, durable mold rubber good for production casting of polyester, epoxy or urethane resins, gypsum, concrete and other materials.
EZ~Spray® Silicone 20 is effective at making fast, cost effective vacuum bags for producing composite parts. Newly sprayed or injected bags can be removed from the mold in 10 minutes and used immediately in production with polyester or epoxy resin systems. The advantage that EZ~Spray® Silicone 20 offers vs. conventional vacuum bagging systems is the speed at which a production-ready silicone bags can be made resulting in significant time and labor savings. Yield - Each cartridge contains 3.75 lbs. (1.7 kgs) of material. Assuming a thickness of 3/8 inches (0.95 cm), one cartridge of EZ~Spray® Silicone 20 will cover approximately 1.66 sq. ft. (0.15 square meters).
