EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 and 22 are sprayable platinum-cure silicones that cure quickly to soft rubbers with high elongation and tear strength. Liquid silicone is sprayed through the EZ-Spray® Junior Cartridge System or SilCon® III Meter Mix and Spray Machine.
After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 cures in about 20 minutes while EZ-Spray® Silicone 22 cures in about 45 minutes. EZ-Spray® Silicone cures with negligible shrinkage to strong, durable and flexible finish suitable for production casting of polyester, epoxy or urethane resins, gypsum, concrete and other materials.
EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 and 22 silicones are effective for making reusable cost-effective vacuum bags fast for producing composite parts. Newly fabricated vacuum bags can be removed from the tool assembly in a matter of minutes and be put into production service immediately.

Yield: One 1500 ml cartridge (3.75 lbs / 1.7 kg) of EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 will produce a 3.57 square foot (0.33 sq. meters) bag at 3/16" (4.8 mm) thick.
One 5-Gallon unit of EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 & 22 (80 lbs / 36.29 kg) will cover a 76.2 square foot (7.05 sq. meters) area at 3/16" (4.8 mm) thick.
One 55-Gallon drum unit of EZ-Spray® Silicone 20 & 22 (880 lbs / 399.19 kg) will cover a 838.2 square foot (77.55 sq. meters) area at 3/16" (4.8 mm) thick.

EZ Spray® Silicone 35 is a platinum cure Silicone 35 rubber developed specifically for spraying through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System.
With no or minimal surface preparation, EZ Spray® Silicone 35 can be sprayed onto vertical surfaces for making fast rubber molds of large surface areas. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ Spray® Silicone 35 cures in 1 hour with negligible shrinkage to a durable mold rubber good for production casting resins, foams, concrete, plaster and other materials.
Yield - Each cartridge contains 3.75 lbs. (1.7 kgs) of material. Assuming a thickness of 3/8 inches (0.95 cm), one cartridge of EZ~Spray® Silicone 35 will cover approximately 1.66 sq. ft. (0.15 square meters).

EZ~Spray® 45 is a polyurethane rubber for spraying through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System. EZ~Spray® 45 can be sprayed onto vertical surfaces for making molds or is good for making fast molds of large surface areas. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® 45 cures overnight with negligible shrinkage to a durable mold rubber.
Application of a support shell is achieved by spraying Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Plastic over the rubber mold after it has fully cured. EZ~Spray® 45 is suitable for casting a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, urethane/epoxy resins, concrete, etc.
Yield - Each cartridge contains 3.75 lbs. (1.7 kgs.) of material. Assuming a thickness of 3/8" inch (0.95 cm), one cartridge of EZ~Spray® 45 will cover approximately 1.875 sq. ft. (0.17 square meters)

StyroCoat® Plastic is a sprayable polyurethane plastic formulated to economically coat a variety of surfaces. Dispensed through Smooth-On's EZ~Spray®, Jr. cartridge system, the plastic cures in about 2 seconds and can be applied to vertical surfaces without running off. An advantage of the system is that large areas can be covered in a short period of time. Cured plastic is lightweight, impact resistant, and water resistant. It can be sanded for priming and painting. Plastic can also be sprayed into a rubber mold to make fast, impact resistant castings (application of a release agent may be necessary before spraying into the mold).
StyroCoat® Plastic is used for theme design / fabrication applications, making movie and theater set environments, making surfaces water resistant and other industrial applications.
StyroCoat® plastic is FLAME RATED and meets the criteria for NFPA Class B Interior Wall and Ceiling Finish. Click here to download and view the ceritification.

EZ~Spray® Foam is a polyurethane foam compound that can be conveniently sprayed using Smooth-On’s EZ~Spray® Junior System.
Foam cures quickly to strong, lightweight and impact resistant 12 lb. rigid foam that can be used for a variety of applications including making lightweight castings. Foam can also be sprayed over certain rubber mold configurations as a mother mold material.

EZ~Spray Plastic® is a sprayable polyurethane plastic compound.
With high impact resistance, this spray plastic was specifically formulated to be mixed and sprayed via Smooth-On’s EZ~Spray Jr. Spray System.EZ~Spray Plastic® is versatile and can be sprayed over a rubber mold to create “mother molds” or support shells. It can also be sprayed or meter mixed into rubber molds as a fast setting casting resin.
Cured plastic is lightweight, tough and durable. EZ~Spray Plastic® has a fast gel time for vertical surface application. Material cures in about 3 hours (depending on mass)
