How are these materials packaged?

Our rubbers, plastics, foams and other materials come to you packaged in plastic or metal containers of various sizes and configurations. What determines the "pack out" configuration of a rubber, plastic of foam system is 1) the mix ratio of the system (A + B); 2) the viscosity of the material; and 3) the density of the material.

How much material comes in a unit?

Materials are packed by weight, and each unit has a published net weight representing the actual amount of material (A+B) comes with the unit. Don't estimate the amount of material needed for your application by volume. Smooth-On offers an easy to use “material calculator” that lets you estimate the amount of material you will need for your project. Click here to go to the material calculator.
