3 - The initital bond failed (pictured), but new Ure-Bond 3 saved the day.

4 - Molds of the original SLA models made using Mold Max 30. Wax is then cast into the molds and are then sent to a foundry to be cast into aluminium (lost wax process).

5 - Mold Max 30 rubber molds are used to first cast PMC-790 around a metal/nylon ring core (right side of mold). After the 790 cures, the pieces are placed in the mold at left and VytaFlex 20 is poured.

6 - Once the problem is solved, the finihsed wheel castiings are assembled around the hub.
