1 - 'Degassed' Ecoflex 00-30 silicone is poured into a 2 part Matrix NEO mold which has a layer of dish soap release applied.

2 - After the material cures, it is demolded by soaking the mold in water to activate the dish soap release.

3 - Skin Tite silicone adhesive is applied to the area where the piece will be applied.

4 - The piece is applied over the Skin Tite adhesive.

5 - The piece is held in place until the Skin Tite adhesive fully cures.

6 - The edges are blended using thickened material.

7 - The piece is colored using an airbrush and airbrush makeup.

8 - The completed scar appliance looks completely natural and organic.
