San Diego's Balboa Park restored with Brush-OnŽ 40 mold rubbers.
Balboa Park is renowned for the lush landscaping and lovely gardens on its 1,200 acres, offering a magnificent backdrop for the cultural attractions. The Park was ranked among the "Best Parks" in the World by US News and World Report in 2003 for its mixture of horticulture and art and culture. In 2002 California Governor Gray Davis announced the allocation of $6 million in state funds to restore several Balboa Park facilities and allow for the construction of a Veterans Memorial Garden in the park. Smooth-On's Brush-On® mold rubbers were a key part of the restoration in which the ability to reproduce the fine detail of the original and ease of use were two concerns.
