Smooth-On Rigid Foam Used To Create Volcano For School Project
In teaching school children about the Earth's Crust and Tectonic Plates, an assignment was given to the class to create a volcano model. Jimmy, from Penargle Elementary School, and his dad used Smooth-On Foam-it!® rigid foam and So-Strong® color tints to quickly create a light weight volcano model. Jimmy's volcano was the envy of the class and earned him an A+.

So-Strong® urethane tint was added to the Foam-it!® rigid foam to create the Volcano base, snow peak and lava effect.
