40,000 sq. ft. House on 400 Acres Restored With Smooth-On Rubbers
Former tennis champ Ivan Lendl had listed his Goshen, CT home for sale at $25 million. The huge home sits on 400 acres and encompasses over 40,000 sq. ft. including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a basketball court. Before the estate was able to be put on the market, Lendl hired MJM Studios (Kearny, NJ) to complete a major architectural renovation. MJM used Brush-On® 50 urethane rubber to make molds of the large arches that adorn the back of the main residence.Brush-On® 50 picked up perfect detail from the arches and the mold could be used multiple times to cast duplicate GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) elements. Both Lendl and MJM were extremely pleased with the results.
