AJS / Hankscraft casts urethane parts using silicone and urethane molds, with a variety of Smooth-On products, including opaque and clear resins that can be dyed, tinted, stained or painted.  AJS has the capability to do secondary operations to castings, such as drilling, sanding, decorating and assembly. The urethane parts we make range in size from 3” x 3” x 3” up to 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft.  Our primary product is beer tap handles for the brewing industry, but we also cast parts for many other industries.
