Romanform Studio Creates Concrete Water Features

Meet Dan, the owner and operator of Romanform Studio, based out of Arvada Colorado. Dan originally was introduced to concrete at the age of 12 by his father in the family’s construction business based in Florida.

Since then, Dan has been in the business of constructing more handcrafted concrete focus pieces, for the past 20 years. His projects are concrete wall tile and veneer, concrete counter tops and sinks, sculptural water features and wall art for both commercial and residential spaces.

Dan’s most recent project is a personal, larger than life water feature. The feature is entitled family, which represents a father, mother, and son. The feature was constructed using VytaFlex 40, urethane rubber, as a molding material. Once the three molds were cured and ready to be used, Dan turned to Forton VF-774 an acrylic polymer additive for GFRC production.
