EZ-Spray® Silicone 22

EZ~Spray® Silicone 22 are sprayable silicones which cure quickly to soft rubbers with high elongation and tear strength. Liquid silicone is sprayed through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System which is an economical alternative to expensive spray equipment. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® Silicone 22 cures in about 45 minutes. EZ~Spray® Silicone cures with negligible shrinkage to strong, durable silicone rubbers good for production casting of polyester, epoxy or urethane resins, gypsum, concrete and other materials.

EZ-Spray® Foam

EZ~Spray® Foam is a polyurethane foam compound that can be conveniently sprayed using Smooth-On’s EZ~Spray® Junior System. Foam cures quickly to strong, lightweight and impact resistant 8 lb. rigid foam that can be used for a variety of applications including making lightweight castings. Foam can also be sprayed over certain rubber mold configurations as a mother mold material. For more information, refer to SmoothOn’s EZ~Spray® Junior manual and video.

TASK™ 7

Flame Out™ is a low viscosity, fast set casting resin that meets UL 94 V-O requirements for flame resistance. It does not contain mercury, TDI or MOCA. Mix ratio is 1A:1B by volume. Pot life is 2.5 min. and demold time is 10 min. at 73°F / 23°C (depending on mass).

Fully cured Flame Out™ material is tough, durable, machinable and paintable. It has much higher physical and performance properties than any other flame rated urethane available anywhere. Vibrant colors and color effects are possible by adding SO-Strong™ color tints. Applications for Flame Out™ include making flame resistant prototype and architectural models, model toys, theme park and stage elements, durable miniatures and special effect props. Material can also be used for potting and encapsulation applications.
