Product Description

EZ-Spray® Silicone 22

EZ~Spray® Silicone 22 are sprayable silicones which cure quickly to soft rubbers with high elongation and tear strength. Liquid silicone is sprayed through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System which is an economical alternative to expensive spray equipment. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® Silicone 22 cures in about 45 minutes. EZ~Spray® Silicone cures with negligible shrinkage to strong, durable silicone rubbers good for production casting of polyester, epoxy or urethane resins, gypsum, concrete and other materials.

PC-3®

Smooth-On PC-3® Laboratory Table Top Cement is a two-component, black epoxy resin compound designed to join, bond and caulk sections of laboratory counters and tables. This epoxy resin cement is heavily filled and will adhere to vertical surfaces without sagging. It cures at room temperature with extremely low shrinkage.

EZ-Mix® 40

EZ-MIX® 40 is a brushable polyurethane rubber mold compound that mixes and applies easily. Two liquids (Part A and Part B) are measured and combined in equal amounts by volume (no scale is necessary). After a few minutes of mixing, EZ-MIX® 40 is ready to be applied to a vertical surface with a brush. After a suitable thickness is attained (multiple layers), EZ-MIX® 40 cures overnight with negligible shrinkage to a flexible, durable mold rubber. Following the application of a support shell, a rubber mold made with EZMIX® 40 is suitable for casting a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, urethane/epoxy resins, concrete, cement, etc.
