Ecoflex™ 5

Ecoflex™ rubbers are platinum-catalyzed silicones that are versatile and easy to use. Ecoflex™ rubbers are mixed 1A:1B by weight or volume and cured at room temperature with negligible shrinkage.  Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and de-airing. Dispense using our convenient dispensing cartridges. Cured rubber is very soft, very strong and very “stretchy”, stretching many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion.

Epsilon™ PRO

Epsilon™ PRO is a thixotropic epoxy coating that self-thickens for brushing onto a variety of surfaces.  Compared to original Epsilon™, Epsilon™ PRO offers a longer working time and cured epoxy is semi-rigid, offering better impact resistance.  Mix ratio for Epsilon™ PRO is 2A:1B by volume (100A:44B by weight).  A gram scale is not needed to use this product.

Applied in thin layers, mixed material holds a vertical surface without sagging or slumping. Material wets out uniformly over different surfaces.  Pot life is 22 minutes, with a re-coat time of 3 hours.  All layers should be allowed to cure for 16 hours at 73° F / 23° C and can be accelerated with mild heat.  Epsilon™ PRO is clear and can be easily colored using Ignite™ or UVO™ colorants.  Cured coating has a gloss finish and can be sanded, primed and painted.

Applications: Epsilon™ PRO is suitable for use as a protective, impact resistant coating for EPS or polyurethane foam. It can also be applied to plaster, concrete, wood and fabrics. This product is not sensitive to moisture / humidity and contains no VOC’s.

Econ® 80

Econ® 80 is an economical Shore 80A urethane rubber suitable for a variety of mold making and industrial applications. It is a lower cost, faster cure alternative to our popular PMC®-780. Physical properties are lower vs. PMC®-780. This is a no odor system that features a 1A:1B mix ratio and a low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring. Working time is about 13 minutes at room temperature, handling time is 6 hours and rubber cures overnight. Econ® 80 is translucent and easily colored with SO-Strong® or Ignite® colorants. Econ® 80 is used to make short run molds for casting concrete and resins, concrete stamping pads, rubber mechanical parts, coating fabrics, pour-in-place gaskets for industrial equipment and burial vaults. Important: To minimize air bubbles in cured rubber, vacuum degassing is recommended.
