Product Description

FlexFoam-iT!™ 6 Pillow Soft

FlexFoam-iT!™ Series foams are premium quality water blown flexible foams that can be used for a variety of industrial, special effects and art & crafts and projects. With several to choose from, uses include making theatrical props (swords, knives, hammers, etc.), industrial gaskets, custom padding and cushioning, and more. SO-Strong™, UVO™ or IGNITE™ colorants can be added for color effects.

Part A and B liquids are combined, mixed and poured into a mold or other form (apply release agent if necessary). Mixture will rise and cure quickly to a solid, flexible foam. Foams vary by density and offer good physical properties.

Mold Star™ 40T

Mold Star14T, 19T, 20T, 31T and 40T are easy to use translucent platinum cure silicones that are mixed 1A:1B by volume (no weighing scale necessary). They feature a relatively low viscosity and vacuum degassing is not required for most applications. Mold Star™ T Series silicone cures to a soft, strong rubber that is tear resistant and exhibits very low long term shrinkage. Molds made with Mold Star™ silicone will last a long time in your mold library and are good for casting wax, gypsum, resins, and other materials. An infinite number of color effects can be achieved by adding Silc Pig™ silicone pigments or Cast Magic™ effects powders.

Properly cured Mold Star™ 40T complies with 21 CFR 177.2600 "Rubber articles intended for repeated use" for use with dry food and aqueous food only.  This material has been tested by an independent laboratory to comply with 21 CFR 177.2600(e), water extractable limits for repeated use in aqueous food.  This material is not intended for repeated use in contact with fatty foods.
