Smooth-On Line of Flexible Foams Keeps Expanding With FlexFoam-iT! 14
Recent additions to our flexible foam line (Tuff Stuff and Pillow Soft) have received high marks by fabricators. What sets Smooth-On foams apart from other foams is what we put in our foams and what we don’t. Smooth-On does not use inexpensive “waste stream” polyols to lower cost at the expense of quality. NEW FlexFoam-iT! 14 is a self-skinning 14 lb. density flexible foam. The mix ratio is a convenient 1A:2B by volume. Like all foams, you have to mix and pour quickly as the working time is about 60 seconds. Tack free time is about 25 minutes and material can be handled in 30 minutes. Cured foam has very good physical and rebound properties.
