Introducing Matrix Dryve™ Dry Polymer Modified Gypsum

New Matrix Dryve™ is a highly versatile “all-powder” polymer modified gypsum system that has superior physical / performance properties vs. regular gypsum products and gives you almost unlimited casting effect options.

Better than Gypsum  •  Easy to Use  •  Economical  •  Create A Variety of Casting Effects  •  Flame Rated

Dryve™ is easy to measure out, mix with water and pour into a rubber mold to create strong, solid white castings. You can also thicken Dryve™ for vertical surface (lay-up) application and use with reinforcements like chopped glass to make lightweight panels, support shells for brush-on rubber molds and more. Fully cured elements are rigid, strong and water-resistant.  They can be painted, sanded, machined and more.

Project Specific Capability
Depending on your goals and how you work, optional accessories can give your project latitude; Dryve™ can be thickened to various degrees using Matrix™ Thickener, accelerated using Matrix™ Accelerator for faster cure if you’re in a hurry or slowed using Matrix™ Retarder to give you a longer working time if you are working on a large project.

Casting Effects…Where Do You Want to Go?
Matrix Dryve™ can take you in different creative directions by allowing you to make a variety of finish effects including a rainbow of colors, metallics, glitters, stone and more. Dryve™ is an excellent choice for hand lay up and metal cold casting applications.

Flame Rated to the Highest Standard - Dryve™ certifies to the highest flame rating (UL-94V-O / ASTM E-84 - Class A), making it suitable for public space applications including creating themed environment elements, architectural elements, museums, sculpture and more.

Ship All Year Around - Being an “all-powder” polymer system, Dryve™ is non-hazardous and can ship at any time during the year. Other polymer gypsums with a liquid component are damaged if they freeze in transit and availability can be limited.

Economical - Compared to urethane and epoxy resins, Dryve™ is less expensive.
