Step 1: Creating the prosthetic
'Degassed' Ecoflex 00-30 silicone is poured into a 2 part Matrix NEO mold which has a layer of dish soap release applied. After the material cures, it is demolded by soaking the mold in water to activate the dish soap release.
Step 2: Application of adhesive and appliance
Skin Tite® silicone adhesive is applied to the area where the piece will be applied. The piece is applied over the Skin Tite® adhesive. The piece is held in place until the Skin Tite® adhesive fully cures.
