How To Make Foam Squishies Using FlexFoam‑iT! III Liquid Expanding Foam

Overview

In this foam casting tutorial video, we show how to safely make foam squishies using Smooth-On FlexFoam-iT! III liquid expanding urethane foam. FlexFoam-iT! III is two liquids that you mix together and pour. The mixture expands 15 times its original volume and cures to a soft, flexible foam. The liquid foam is mixed, and then is poured into a silicone baking mold. This produces a foam casting which looks like a real cake or other baked good. The cast urethane foam piece is painted with brightly colored fabric paint for a glossy, flexible surface. You can create any color combination you can imagine!
