Learn how to make Art Deco concrete panels from model design to casting pigmented GFRC. The model is made with wood panels, cut and assembled on a flat surface. VytaFlex 60 urethane rubber is poured over the model.
The cured rubber is demolded and laid onto a curved casting bed, where glass fiber reinforced concrete(GFRC) is applied. The cured concrete panels will then be used for permanent architectural formwork, which can be seen in Part 2.
