Here are some basic tips for casting optically clear resin parts. In this tutorial we cast Crystal Clear 202 urethane resin into a Mold Star 15 silicone mold to produce a UV resistant, optically clear casting. We also demonstrate how to properly vacuum de-gas the material before pouring, which will produce a bubble-free casting.
